I started this journey on the extreme end of morbidly obese with a BMI over 50..... As of my last weigh-in I am not even obese anymore!!! Just overweight!!!! WOOOHOOOOO!!!!

This wls has taken me so far and I love it!! Of course in the very beginning I was wondering "what the heck did I do!" But that is when I couldn't eat, couldn't drink and was scared..... Now, food is there as fuel not a passion.... I have days where eating requires a reminder and other days when I have to stop myself!!!

Just wanted to share my happy news.... I can't wait to get away from this desk and enjoy the beautiful weather outside!!!!

Congrats!!! Doesnt it feel great?! ONLY us WLS people would be so thrilled to be "over weight" I am loving the new change myself!

I run The O.W.L.S. (Ottawa Weight Loss Surgery) Closet. We are a local clothing exchange and social group stemmed off of a couple of the local support boards on Facebook and also OH members for those having had or going to have WLS.
