Finally the scale moved

After almost a 3 month stall I have finally lost a pound and broke the 160 mark.  I actually went up to 165 at one point, this was the most stubborn pound yet but I have a big smile on my face.  Nobody ever talks about a 7 month stall, I thought it was over, lol

Wow!!!  Amazing losses!!   Congrats on breaking the stall!  You're so close to your goal, I bet you can 'taste' it ;-)

Wow, that's a long freakin' stall!  Good for you, Laurie - that must have been frustrating as all get out.  Glad you're moving down again!

Right there with you- was beginning to get discouraged- thinking is this it? it's been 3 months but I have faith in my actions and thatby focusing on my day to day behaviour - it will come! Thanks for the post and Congrats!
