Nestea Iced Tea Singles

Would like to drink something besides water. I'm five days post op and would like to have some of the nestea iced tea singles. I don't like any of the crystal light or mio. They don't list caffeine on the box and I remember calling the company awhile back and they told me the caffeine was almost non existent.  Would it hurt my new tummy?

Iced tea is on my list of things to avoid from my center, however it may be different from yours. I brew my own decaf tea, once cooled add splenda. Not sure if that helps or not? sorry.

HRRH mentions nestea zero as being ok. Wish I knew. Dying for something other than water.

The nestea singles must be ok too as the zero has some caffeine in it.

I have drank nestea zero watered down so I get about 3-4 glasses from one can.  Still do the same today, 11 months later as I did beginning on day 5.

My centre (Kingston) specifically mentioned Nestea Iced Tea Singles as one of the acceptable beverages post-op.

I have been boiling water at someone's suggestion and it makes the water tolerable. Something about boiling changes the density of water, apparently.
