Dr. M. Gagner, anyone had him as a surgeon?

Hello, just looking for people who had experience with Dr. Gagner in Montreal. I figured there would be lots in Ontario who did self pay DS with him. Can you tell me about your experience, where you stayed, where the surgery was, if parking was an issue, and how long you stayed? Thanks in advance!!    -Michelle
