I don't have much of a sweet tooth anymore but I came across some recipes on Access Hollywood Live they are out of the book hungry girl 200 under 200 just desserts but she also has a book hungry girl 200 under 200 or 300 under 300 breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes as well as a whole line of books you can get at amazon.ca

patience let's be realistic here, you won't drop two jean sizes in one day, you won't lose fifty pounds in one month, you're going to binge every now and then, you will go a day or two without working out, your weight is going to fluctuate here and there, you're going to try new techniques and they're not always going to work, you're a human being, you're going to fail from time to time but nothing great is ever accomplished without a few obstacles, JUST KEEP GOING.

i have a sweet tooth but don't let desserts and the like into my house. Too dangerous for me. Though some of those recipes look good!

Usually I'll have a protiein shake with some sugar free flavour syrup or a protein bar if I crave something sweet.

Sometimes the best support  you can get isn't all purple puddles and pink rainbows.
