help with examples of diary menu...1 month out

I need help. I m looking to find examples of diary menú. Portion ? what kind the food? How much proteín, carb, fat, etc. If anyperson has a food journey to share with me. (Myfitt... Or other). I m almost 1 month post op. Any suggestion , ideas, web page are welcome.

There is a great book ( that I used often) and was written by the dietician and one of the surgeon's at HRRH.

You can purchase it at the pharmacy or online.

The complete weight loss surgery . Guide and diet program. By Sue Ekserci and Laz Klein.

I highly recommend it.
