First Opti Drink

Well i had my first choc Opti drink this morning... I brought my Magic Bullit to work and crushed the ice with it , and put some decaf black coffee in it... It was good... I brought a vanilla for lunch .. So i am hoping it will be just as good.... Have a good day Everyone.. Krista...

I tried both and i dont mind them at all... I am sure i will need to switch up some new flavors , because i will get bored for sure.. I am going to try crystal light in the vanilla for sure.. Thanks guys.....Krista

I used a scoup of pure cocoa powder with my vanilla it worked for me. I brought back all my syrups and only used that the entire three weeks,but thats me...many people use lots of different syrups, whatever works for you, do it girl!

Today I start Optifast, but it's not my first time! I like the vanilla with a scoop of orange Metamucil. Yum
