Great post!!! I have a bunch of syrups (SF) of course. No idea what to do with them now lol
I even have a full salted caramel (reg) bought by accident that I don't know what to do with.

I use Chocolate in my protein shake every morning.

I use Strawberry in my greek yogurt

I use Starbucks Cinnamon Dolce in my coffee and my granola

I use Vanilla and sometimes Pumpkin Pie in my pancakes

I use Caramel in greek yogurt or coffee or my protein shake

Haven't found much use for Mango though ?  maybe greek yogurt .. maybe over some fruit ?

If you check out www.theworldaccordingtoeggface.com she uses Torani etc quite a bit :)

Have fun !

The dietitian told us to be careful with the sugar free syrups after surgery because some people can dump on them do to the sugar alcohols that are in them.  The sugar alcohols are not listed on the label either.  We were told to use extracts instead.  I first learned about sugar alcohols when I was going to weigh****chers.

Valleta sugar free English Toffee is my favourite.  I bought it at Winner's once and since then I order if straight from the company online.

I use it daily in my homemade protein coffee creamer.

I also use Starbucks Caramel too.  Get creative and try a dash of syrup in anything that you would like to add a bit of sweetness too.

I use 12 oz of 1% milk, heaping scoop of Lean-fit vanilla protein powder (Costco) 3 squirts or sf English Toffee and 3 squirts of sf Caramel. Whirl it in the blender and then use it as my coffee creamer.  It turns out like a latte, nice and frothy.
