Good Carbs
I lost well by keeping total carbs under 75 on average (average calories 900-1000 per day). Some days I would go over a bit, particularly when running, but not by much (maybe a piece of bread or a banana).
Now that I'm in more of maintenance mode, I'm trying to keep them around 100 on average (again, a bit higher when I run, a bit lower when I don't). My daily intake is between 1,200-1,400 calories.
I don't count good carbs or net carbs, just total carbs.
