I liked the yogurt peanut crunch and the chocolate peanut butter ones. They didn't have a sample of the double chocolate crunch. It's a meal replacement and not really a snack as they are 280 calories but have 30g of protein and 8g fat and 23 carbs. The bar is 72g and most protein bars are around 30g or so. I personally wouldn't recommend these as a staple but half of one could be alright on the days you need extra carbs (running, heavy workout).
I felt the same about the vanilla - my Mom bought be a bunch in the states. I gave some away, but for the rest I found they were good if I blended them with lots of ice and Torani sugar free syrup (to a milkshake consistency).
