Hey all! Well my 3 weeks flew by and this Friday (Aug 2) is the big day for me!! That being said, I do have a lot of optifast leftover (90% vanilla, sorry lol, a few chocolate). Send me a message if you're interested, I'll let you know my leftover count tomorrow night

It is a prescription product, I would recommend being careful charging for it, or even passing it on unless you have obtained your medical degree recently!

Why so much left over? I start tomorrow and am I going to be too full or is it just gross?

Yes, 90% vanilla left? Sounds like you didn't really do opti for three weeks? I can understand a few packages, I had a few left over as well, but 90 % just sounds like you didn't get in your minimum optis?

To correct you, I did do my opti for all 3 weeks, just couldn't get all 4 in everyday - I had 3 most days, some days 4 depending. The 90% refers to: out of the leftovers I have almost all is vanilla - meaning i drank all the chocolate. My apologies for not being clear.

Perfect, now I understand, thank you. Many of us were the same, had a tough time getting in four optis especially by my third week.
