I am making my list and checking it twice. ;)
It feels as exciting as Christmas, and just to think where I will be on this journey by Christmas. Sorry I can't sleep tonight, so I figured I would pop on here where I have felt so much support, made amazing friends, and enjoyed learning about others experiences.
My nervousness is about leaving one stage of the journey to be entering into a brad new one. These past two weeks on Opti have taught me, I can say no to high fat and high sugar foods, that I will survive if I get those hunger pains, that I feel much better being diet pop free :) and that I am ready to continue on this journey.
Thank you again and my friend Bella and I will be on the bench Wednesday :)

Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora. Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.

Very exciting times... and by Christmas ( I did some calculating - lol ) you could be 70 - 80 pounds less. So please girl... be careful buying clothes. Because before you "get home from the mall" you will be in the next size down. It will be a totally different Christmas for you and your family.
