Onederful!!
Well I have finally hit onederland after going a whole week needing to lose half a pound!! I actually saw it yesterday but when I got back on the scale to take a picture it went up to 200.6-DAMN. I couldn't get it to say 199.6 again. This morning when I got up it said 199.8 so I am officially here! I am loving my RNY. Thankfully I have had no complications, no issues with food. I should exercise more-I only walk but I should be toning my arms and definitely need some stomach toning. I saw a picture that we took last September and I couldn't get over how big my face was compared to now. I think that is the biggest shocker for me. I hear every day how great I look and it is nice to hear but it is almost too much. I guess when you haven't seen a person in 75lbs they do a 2nd take!! I still want to lose another 45lbs and see after that. I will just keeping working the program, following the rules and trust the process. I am doing much better getting my vitamins and water in. Thankfully sweets and junk aren't my thing and either is snacking after dinner. I can be around a bunch of junk (like this weekend at a wedding that had a candy bar and some kickass cake) but I didn't touch it. I took home a gift bag full of candy for the kids across the street and they loved it!! Good luck to all the people just starting your journey! You will be posting a post like this in no time.
