At TWH they allow SF Jello, clear broth and any SF flavours.

my optifast paperwork from TWH says

Only consume the following while on Optifast
water
black coffee
black or herbal tea
chicken, beef or vegetable brother less than 10 cal per serving
sugar free/calorie free drinks including diet pop,diet ice tea, rystal light
sugar free Jello
Sugar free Popsicles
and you can chew sugar free gum.

It depends what clinic your going through, at Guelph it's just optifast, tea, and chicken broth!!

at Hrrh you can have SF jello. They will give you a list of things you can have when you pick up your opti.

Starting weight: 334 lbs.Starting opti weight: 323 lbs, Surgery weight 303 lbs.Surgery-May 21st, 2013 with Dr Hagen at HRRH Goal weight 165 lbs reached at 13 months. Current weight 156 lbs
