What are you eating and doing today?
Good morning. I am having an awful time remembering what day it is. After being on vacation last wee****ep forgetting I came back on Tuesday.
b. greek yogurt, granola
s. almond milk, protein powder
l. chili, peach
s. almonds
d. broccoli-cheese soup, melba and peanut butter
s. chocolate pudding, LF
Trying to up my calories to see how much I can eat without gaining.
Cal 1053, fibre 11.6, carb 89.2, Prot 83.4
RNY, 10.5 months post-op
Good morning! I’m happy that I’m able to post at the start of the day for once! These last couple of weeks have been so crazy with my new job, but I’m hanging in there and trying my best to stay on track!
I ran for 60 mins yesterday night, and tonight plan to go to hot yoga.
Here’s my eating plan for the day:
B – Greek Yogurt, blackberries/blueberries, SF syrup, Skinny B Cereal, Protein Bar.
S – 2 turkey pepperettes, 1 egg
L – Pulled pork, Salad with balsalmic vinaigrette
S – Hummus and carrots, 1 herb/garlic cheese string
D – Ham/Turkey roll-ups, tomato, SF pudding. Protein drink or Quest PB if I need it.
S – SF jello, cottage cheese w/ splenda and cinnamon
Totals – 1,799 calories, 124g carbs, 68g fat, 168g protein

Hi everyone - back to posting on this thread, need to pull up my socks a bit.
Confessional - I'm being a very bad girl today.
B - bowl of oatmeal w 1/2 banana, large coffee
S - greek joghurt w fresh blueberries, 1 slice toast, large tea
L - BBQ at work - 1/2 sausage (no bun), stir-fried veggies, kale salad, watermelon
S - 2 cookies (with smarties in), large coffee
D - tossed salad w grilled jerk chicken, 1 glass wine.
2.5 years post-op - holding at 145 pounds.
6 days post op -
Fluids :)
B - some greek yogurt
S - some protein shake
L - some creamed soup - strained cause what fun would meat be?
S - more protein shake
D - some cottage cheese and a little soup with some protein powder mixed in
S - woohoo protein shake!!

Late getting online today had to find a purple shirt for son. His class is to wear purple for a 'fun day' tomorrow - not an easy colour to find in 'boy' clothes - thank the goddess for Old Navy - Purple and cheap!

B - 1/4 c bran buds and sprinkle of kashi go lean crunch w 1/2 c milk
L - 1/2 c tuna, 1 Tbsp miracle whip light
D - lean ham and low fat cheese roll up w 1 Tbsp miraclewhip light/mustard (yuck, I'm going back to regular cheese).
S - 1/2 c NSA butter pecan ice cream
S - premier protein shake - vanilla
