It's my turn
The first day on Opti I thought I would never make it to day 28, but here I am. Enjoyed the 4 weeks, 4 shakes a day and lot of water, couldn't eat the sugar free jello, too sweet.
Tomorrow at 11 am at TWH, it will be my turn, make room on the bench 
Looking forward to the next step of my journey
