WELL DONE How did you get one from a different site to upload properly? I can't even get pictures to load in a message.

That would be nice to do! One place to track! Not only that it always takes me a half hour to find where to update the OH tracker...

O.K.  here is what I did.   I went to my Fitness Pal and created the ticker I wanted and saved it.  Then I copied it and went to our settings and board post, where signature is, made sure the text at bottom says Text #2 so that you can paste it in the signature area.  The signature area should be white not blue in order to do this.

That's it, not to hard, just takes a bit of time.  Let me know how you all do O.K.
