I watched that documentary and it just shows how bad it is and what it can do to our bodies. We have to be so careful with our well oiled engine, our body! Sugar should be very little in our diet for sure after you see this. Thanks for posting that.

I found the part on artificial sweeteners very informative as well. I am a sugar addict, so I'm trying to go without sugar and sweeteners since they are just as bad for you.
