when did people start going to the gym, not to do weights , I don't think I am able to yet only one month post op today ( Oct 11), but to ride bike, walk on treadmill or eliptical machine. It gets me out of the house

I have a treadmill at home and have been using it from week 3 post op. For me at least, it didn't cause any issues. I think as long as you don't over do it and listen to your body you should be ok.

I had my surgery in January and hate the cold. So I used my treadmill from 2 week. Slowly at first then more as I felt up to it

My surgeon cleared me to start training for a 5 km run at 3 weeks post op. He said don't over do it..if it hurts stop. I would recommend talking to your doctor about it first though!
