I think I had my first DUMP

How far out are you, was the cream of wheat presweetened packets? It seems odd to Dump on cream of wheat, I recall that they gave it to me in the hospital .
I think liquid tylenol is evil, made me feel worst. It was the stuff the pharmacy handed too me when they filled dr glazors scripted.

Sorry you experienced that.. But maybe you took Tylenol too close to eating and your pouch fought back :(
