Well this has been interesting and not so pleasant so far - sure hope it gets better.

was up walking but doesn't help the ha as much as I was hoping. - hope i recover quickly

met some other rny ers from up north and still looking for minou who is here somewhere.

Congrats!! I hope you feel better soon, but be patient with yourself as it can take some time. Just try to keep moving when you get a spurt of energy and remember to rest when you need to. Good luck!! :)

It does get easier - I am six days post-op and haven't had any pain meds in the last two days!

the first few days r hard!! hang in there.and.keep up the walking if possible...i love dr. lindsay he was my doctor too :)

Thanks all - this tummy is sooo tricky! So crazy to get used to what it will tolerate and what it won't- it is crazy how much food they bring in the hospital and my eyes say wow I wanna eat it all but my tummy knows it will only get a couple bites it / I managed to eat a whole half cup of cottage cheese! Took an hour and am so full / I think
