Questions for approx. 8 months post-op

Hi everyone,

I have a cruise planned for Feb 2015 and at that time I will be 8 months post-op…I would like to hear any suggestions how to handle the food on the cruise and what to do and not to do in general. I would appreciate any comments, thanks Jarka

You'll be fine.  You'll just work with smaller portions and work on healthier choices.  Best of all you can get in lots of walking on the ship!!

Sure, come along..I was just thinking regarding how is the food prepared,  how do I  know?  Do you get sick right away & what happens if I eat the wrong food?

I am hoping to be at least 60-70lbs down & hopefully by then I will have some knowledge of what to avoid.
