Cheese

Is there a limit of how much we can eat a day or how much a week? I eat 1oz at snack everyday and sometimes half low fat slice with my eggs for breakfast. Someone just told me that eating cheese everyday is not good because of the carbs. According to my portion, there is only 1g of carbs. How is that too much???

Thanks

Cheese isn't carby. You have to watch the fat and sodium, but not the carbs. Someone gave you misinformation I'm afraid.

I thought as much. I was told by the NUT as long as the cheese is low fat, it's ok. I will cheese on them, yum!!!!

Thanks

Cheese. Love cheese.   The problem I've always been told with cheese is that it can "bung" you up.

So if you have any problems at that end,  be sure to add extra fibre and drink adequate fluids.

  Cheers!
