The dreaded three week stall

I was hoping I would be lucky and not have to deal with the three weeks stall… Guess not… How long does it normally last? And do you just normally maintain your current weight or does it fluctuate a little bit still

And being my impatient self I will ask a silly question, anyway we can hurry it up? :-)

My stall lasted close to 2 weeks and at one point the scales even went up a lb..I was in such a panic..but that week my family noticed my weight loss more than the weeks I was going down on scale... So I think I was losing inches that week..I don't even worry about the stalls now..I just think oh this is inches week lol...good luck ...

I also had a stall for 2 weeks, at one point actually gained 4 pounds.  Just keep following the instructions given by the centre and you will start losing again.  I saw lots of movies during that time because it was a good distraction.

Just hang in there, the scale will move again :) I had a 3 week stall, 6 week stall and am stalled again.  My only advice is to get as much protein in as you can, and don't be discouraged.
