My Fitness Pal ! I swear by it , it makes life so much easier . I've never used anything else so I can't comment on comparison . But this one does everything I need/ we need .

look me up on it if you like , you can make your food diary public , which I do , in order to stay accountable ( if you know your pals are gonna kick you in the arse for eating crap , it kinda stops you from doing it !lol ) ...my user name is Jaxiebeans x

How would we track such small amounts of food on myfitnesspal I tried it before and I get so confused with it.

How small is the portion and what type of food?

I try to track everything, but I don't put in vitamins and medications (even though they have calories). I don't track chewing gum. I won't track a few slices of mushroom on a salad but in my spaghetti sauce (homemade) I created a RECIPE and included my cans of mushrooms in the ingredients, before dividing up the servings so it's included.

MFP is really flexible. Maybe we can help you figure out the small bits? I can try at least. Post or feel free to message me!

My Fitness Pal seems to be the most popular among folks here. I love it! I use it on my iPhone and have it on my desktop, and Hubby has it on his Android. We recommend it highly!
