Has anyone else experienced around the 5month mark a severely prolonged plateau? I've been hovering in the same 3lbs range of 234-237 for 6 weeks now and i've tried shocking my body back into loss by cutting carbs completely for 2 weeks or upping my protein and increased exercise that I do weekly and still no change.

I need help! :(

What are you eating? Are you weighing/measuring your portions? You may be eating too much.

I'm eating meats like chicken and steak with vegetables in the proper ratio with protein being highest portion and no more than 1 cup. Protein bar or drink for a snack and 8 cups of water, no alcohol or candy or junk.

I don't see anything, but try increasing your water.  We all under estimate our dehydration, especially now that the warmer weather is here.  With exercising, and the warmer weather, you could be losing more water than during the winter.

The only other thing is to watch which veggies you are eating, some of the ones traditionally considered veggies are actually starches.
