Tomorrow is officially the start of my new life, my amazing new life, I can't believe it! Im a tad nervous, but its butterflies, giant butterflies, but only a few. So make room for me!!!!

I will definitely update!! I will tell you everything. I have sent you a friend request on here, awhile back, I think. I will tell you how he is!! I am positive that he is wonderful. I did optifast for 2.5 days, I couldn't keep it down, every mouthful I took it would come right back up and I was going to the washroom over 16 times.. couldn't count! I called TWH, and they put me on a 900 calorie, high protein diet, no sugar and no dairy diet. It worked great! I have lost 25 lbs and 54 inches from head to toe. Very happy!
