when I was at GNC other day they had b12 chewable at the cash. I now use Jamison b12 stripes. Has anyone tried these. Would they be same as Jamison stripes?

I get my B12 pills at Costco and they dissolve under your tongue. I think they would be a lot cheaper than GNC...

I just bought the dissolvable/sublingual ones at Costco as they were the best deal I had seen -- 300 tablets for about $17 and 1,000 mcg each. Walmart had 120 tablet bottles for the same price. That bottle should last about a year for me :)

Ok great thanks I will go check out. Now are they same as Jamison strips that I only take every second day

Chewable is not the preferred form or a shot. B12 needs to be sublingual as it is absorbed by mucous membrances, not in the pouch.
