Jamieson has come out with a spray for Vit D and B12.

I currently have a supply of these vitamins but will be looking for them in the pharmacy

I saw the same thing but wondered about the sugar content - it might be the same as the chewables I'm not sure. I was also skeptical about the accuracy of the measured dose. I like the idea though :)

I got the liquid calcium/vitamin D and the dissolving strips in the B12 but I like the idea of a spray.
