Good morning everyone!  I'm so close to being in the teens!  One good poop away I think! LOL

Baseball tonight against my sisters team....oh the rivalry!

B - meatball and a slice of bacon

S - yogurt and Cheddar Cheese Snack

L - meatloaf

S - HB egg white with 2 slices lean deli ham

D - sheppards pie

S - 2 Melba toast with a laughing cow cheese wedge, and 2 slices deli ham

Calories - 681, Carbs 33, Protein 80

Good morning!  Played squash last night for the first time in 35 years, 12 months ago I wouldn't have been able to to that! I am grateful everyday for being able to be active again.  Late posting today but here are my eays for the day:

b- protein shake

s- pumpkin seeds

l- chopped salad with chicken 

s- cucumber dunked in Greek yogurt tzakiki

d- roasted chicken and turnip

all water and vits

Good morning everyone. I hope to get back to better eating today. I know what DH is cooking and no meals out. I blew everything on last nights dinner and it really wasn't even that special. I had given myself license to eat anything and I did. I did not step on the scale this morning because I know I would not like what I saw.

Play last night was awesome. Really funny and well done.

Swimming at llunch and probably just home tonight
