Tomorrow is the day...

This time tomorrow morning, we will be almost ready to head out to the hospital. I have to admit, I'm a bit freaking out. I already feel sick to my stomach.  My Dad, the worry wart called me twice yesterday and I'm sure there will be more today.   I'm trying to be strong when I just want to cry, lol.  I'm so nervous.  I know all will be fine, but it's not helping at the moment.   I've spent yesterday and today cooking so all my family has to do is heat things up. Trying to make life as easy as possible for the next week. So, anyway, I'm coming on the bench, see you guys there!

You will do great ... I think we all got a little 'freaked out' about our surgery day ... I know I did.  I remember I started to have a little cry on the operating table and the Nurse, Sandy, held my hand and the resident said to me ... 'hey no crying on my operating table' which made me laugh and then I was out! And even though I'm 55 years old my Mom was a nervous wreck ... she told me that was her job to worry and my job to sail through the operation! Not sure which hospital you are going to but I went to TWH and they were fantastic and I don't regret a single moment in doing this! Welcome to the loser's bench!

You will do great!  Will say a little prayer for you.  Honestly, the Optifast was way worst than the surgery!   I can't believe I am only a few days out of surgery and feeling really good.   Plenty of room for you on the loser's bench.
