2 months out- how many calories etc did you eat at this stage?

A friend told me I should be eating 800 calories now and 80-100 gr carbs at 2 months.. Just wondering what others did

At  2 months I was eating 750 cals with carbs at 50grams for the day

The more calories you can get in every day, the slower your weight loss will be.  If you eat less calories, your body will burn fat to make up the difference.  I did not get up to 800 calories for the first six months.  At two months I was at 400 calories a day.

I'm 3 months out, eating on average 700 calories a day, although there are days I do get 800 but never that many carbs.  always under 50 most times under 30

I was sitting around 500 including protein drink. At 2 months instead of concentrating on calories concentrate on protein and staying hydrated and the calories will take care of themself

Two months out I was at about 700 calories per day, 30-40g carbs and 60-80g protein.
