Good morning all. Kind of a grey day out there. Not sure what I am doing today except laundry

DH's retirement gift arrived yesterday. He had ordered an espresso machine. A new toy for him. Tried cappuccino last night. Turned out pretty good.

b greek yogurt, blueberries, granola

l bacon, tomato, pickle

d scallops, kale salad

s laughing cow, crackers

Hi all! Grey here too Pat! We went to lunch at Mongolian Grill today. It's closing for good tonight. So yummy! Build your own stir fry and they grill it for you! Can you say MEAT!! Was very good. 

Not sure about the rest of the day. Want to go to Costco but I'm here getting gas and the parking lot is a zoo so not sure I want to go in the store! 

 

Anyway have a great day! No scale for me today! 

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Good afternoon everyone.  A new espresso maker is right up my alley.  Sitting by the fire in the morning with a nice espresso and reading a magazine is heaven.

DH and I went out last night, so I decided to sleep in today, then have a lazy morning.  The rest of the day is household chores, paperwork, then DH and I are going out again tonight.

2.5 years post-op, the eats today are:

Buckets of decaf

Scrambled eggs with hot peppers and fresh salsa

Salad with boneless skinless chicken breast

4 chicken meatballs with marinara and ricotta

SKYR yogurt with all the fixin's

Got back from Texas late last night.  Took the dog for a walk on the beach so have already hit my 10,000 steps.  

Spent the morning shopping in my closet and realized I'm now just fitting into 12 pants and am in medium shirts and size 10 dresses.  And a bit sad that a couple of things I like are now too big.
