What are you eating/doing (Saturday)

Had one of my least favorite tests yesterday, a mammogram. Only good thing was I mentioned I was scheduled for a ct at the end of July. They managed to fit me in yesterday so that was great. They have new procedures for mammograms. I will get the results as well as the doctor. After this, the mammogram centre will send me the reminders and I can make the appointment direct. Based on my family history and results they will recommend either every year or every two years. I will probably be every two years.

Today is walking the dog. Out for a longer bike ride, then having me hair cut this afternoon. The last time she left my hair too long and it is driving me crazy. Enjoy the weather for the next couple of days. It appears the rain is on it's way back

Ouch, Pat; you must be glad to have that over with.

The rain is already back here in the North, so I don't know what I will do for exercise as the pool is too crazy busy on Saturdays. It was so busy yesterday that I only got in 42 minutes of swimming, but I also went for a walk so I at least got my exercise for the day.

Maybe I'll walk in the mall later, or try out my resistance bands. If I have the house to myself I can always use my Kinect and bounce around with some games, but only if there's nobody here to watch, lol.

Breakfast: decaf coffee with 1/3 cup of premier protein as whitener, times 2.

Lunch: Chicken salad on cucumber slice "crackers".

Supper: Not sure; my parents went fishing yesterday and caught several fish (pickerel) so I'm hoping they'll give me some. If not, probably shrimp.

Snack: watermelon

Hi Gang! Playing ball today, 2 games done one more to go. We lost both so we won't be going on to the finals. I had breakfast this morning but surprisingly not hungry.

I went to the market this morning and picked up a Greek salad. Will make some type of protein to go with it.
