Panniculectomy before/after photos?

Does anyone have any before/after photos they'd be willing to share of panni removal only? The internet is not cooperating with me today... every picture I find, turns out it's actually of a traditional tummy tuck with muscle tightening done.

I'm just trying to see what typical results look like - if there is such a thing as typical!
