Not a big fan of the compression sleeves that were given to me and at some point will want to ditch the binder. I'm a big fan of Spanx but will have to figure out my new size not that my apron is gone.

Any reccomondations?

Spanx are kind of pricey and my sister tells me that they have a cheaper but still good knockoff version at Target now, maybe even made by the same company. I plan on trying that once I get this drain out! I've also seen people mention flexees as good garments.

I'm still going commando with the binder right now because I have the one drain and it's in an inconvenient area to be wearing any type of underwear right now. Was thinking about getting it pulled tomorrow as it's not putting out much but  being that it's the last one I may just wait until my appointment on Wednesday just to play it safe.

Even though I was scolded by my husband for over doing it I was in my closet just now and all of my 20 and 18 size  jeans are in the donate pile. So I can't wait to buy clothes that actually fit! Of course if I don't stop eating I'll be putting them back on hangers again!!

ditto on the flexie with the cut out for bra and the open crotch.  I lived in those after my LBL.

I love the full body with bra cutout Flexee suits. They have a snap cratch and they are good compression without being a bear to get in and out of.  I have several that I wore after my last TT.  You can view them at the www.maidenform.com website.

Do you think that these offer any compression. It's a very good price.

I have compression sleeves but my they give me popeye arms. I am constantly pullin them up or down. I like that this a one piece.

I love these.  I own 4 sets from my brachioplasty and in fact, I purchased a smaller size to give me more compression.  I absolutely think they give you the compression you need.

The sizing guide confused me too and it really doesn't speak to the sleeves.  I wore the XL and it was perfect.  I am still a little overweight and my arms are on the larger size.  After much of the swelling left, I got the Large and it was perfect.  I would go with your blouse size.

I also purchased the ones from www.marenagroup.com but they are very expensive.  They were what I wore following surgery.
