Okay ladies!

My breasts are going to need some serious help after I'm done losing weight.  I cannot believe how much extra skin I have hanging there already and I am not quite half way there.

Anyways, on to the TMI.  I love my breasts and my nipples are wonderfully sensitive and pleasurable.  I am terrified that after having the area removed and reattached that that will all be gone.

What have you experienced?

Thanks!

I had a breast lift without augmentation and with the lollipop scar.  I haven't had any negative issues with sensitivity.

What I've read (and I'm waiting for my new date for Breast Lift-got bumped due to several cases of melanoma that take priority) is that the heavier the breast the incision is usually T-cut/anchor to better excise the extra excess skin involved. I thunk of my boobs as huge when I'm looking down at them but in reality they are long pendulous emptiness.
Some ladies have boob surgery and lose nipple sensation and others become super-aroused.

My surgeon explained that my boobs needed the anchor cut to be shaped properly.  And they certainly are.

I was like you pre-surgery....I wondered how that would affect my post-lift sexual experiences!  Things are certainly a bit different (sensation is less but returning) - but I adjusted fine.  And I'm more likely to be adventurous without worrying that I'm going to stand on my breasts by accident! lol

I just had a breast reduction Wednesday and I think he moved my nipples up 10cm. He said he cuts around the nipple so it stays connected to its blood supply and moves it up. He said there's always a chance you could lose sensitivity, but it's less common when getting a reduction than an augmentation. The day after surgery I went back and the nurse touched the tip of each nipple to see if I could feel it and I did. I went back today and she checked again and I still have feeling. Hopefully they'll still feel the same as before when I'm all healed.

I had a reduction in the left to make it the same size as the right.  Lift only, noticed sensation back around a month out.  Some folks get zingers when the nerves are regenerating and it's like a 110 jolt.  I only had a couple that were very subdued.

Thanks ladies!

My other question is about nipple piercings, but I thought that would be a bit TOO much!
