Really feeling gratitude today... and love...

I just want to say congrats to everyone who has undergone body contouring to complete their weight loss journey. Thank you for sharing your personal success stories with us here. Thank you for the advice and encouragement you have given me along my journey.

I am so thrilled for each and everyone of you. Your before and after photos make my heart leap with joy for you. You have completely transformed your health and your life. And with this final step in the journey, you look so beautiful. Some of us have been obese all our lives and have achieved a beautiful body for the first time ever. Some of us have regained a youthful body lost long ago. Whatever your story, I wish you love and happiness... and ask that you never forget where you came from so that you may encourage others who still struggle.
