Not surgery related - but skin related

Any good recommendations for stretch mark creams or oils? I had my bat wings cut off in December (and they are fabulous!) but I have some stretch marks - I know they don't ever go away but would like to see if they can be helped.

Thanks!

Older marks may be helped by laser therapy...creams and oils not so much.

Rissa, I can't help with the creams or oils, but i was wondering how the scars are from having your bat wings removed?  Right now i am only 7 months post op, but i can already see i am probably going to want something done there! I think i could fly away!  Thanks :)

The brachioplasty scars can be bad, since arms usually scar much differently than the other parts of your body.  My arm scars are faded, but wide.  I'm fine with them because of their placement.  If my arms are down at my side you can not see the scars from back or front of me.  If I lift my arm, they can be seen.  I don't mind, it's not unslightly.  I would much rather have scars than the bat wings, I had previously.  My surgeon removed 5 lbs of skin from both arms including some lipo to make them shapely.

I use Palmer's version of Bio Oil... I used the bio oil originally and like Palmers better. I have used since back in August and have noticed my stretch marks getting lighter and smoother... turning more white than they were previously. I also make my own lotion using organic coconut oil, vitamin E oil, almond oil and cocoa butter.

Stretch marks can be found in a large number of men and women. Everyone needs to use a different cream depending on the causes that led to stretch marks. Have a look at this link:http://stretchmarkslab.com/. I hope you will get the desired cream from this website which may help you get rid of your stretch marks.
