cold medicine

Pretty sure I just have a cold- runny nose, sore throat, headache and just tired. I've been using sf cough drops. What else can I take? I'm 15wks pregnant and 16mons out from surgery. Any suggestions?

I take tylenol and mucinex (it's pill form of robitussin) for my congestion.
