Strugging to get this last bit off

I have been struggling to get this last bit of weight off.  I have tried and tried and just can't seem to get below 191.  Doctor said I have at least 25 lbs of skin and that would put me at 166 and I'm 5' 6"
I am going through a really hard time the past 8 months with a divorce and then now a very abusive relationship more verbal then anything.. YES I KNOW get out of it.. I am trying... I just don't know if stress is causing me to stay at this weight or is this all ill lose.. I'm down 130 lbs since banding and bypass.. HELP ME!!!!!!
