No, hunger doesn't mean your Sleeve has stretched---it's pretty normal for hunger to return. If you need a rrevision, I hope you'll see a DS surgeon and get the inttestional portion added to your Sleeve for a full DS. The DS has the very best long-term, maintained wegith loss stats, period.

Have you spoken with your endocrinologist about the weight gain?  It may not be a VSG/WLS issue, it may have much to do with the thyroid...You say "i am assuming" the issue is thyroid, but have you looked into it, other than planning on the removal?

After dealing with the endocrinologist, I would meet with your surgeon.  You are a relatively new post op, the surgeon may have other ways to work on your diet to get you back on track.  After a year and a month, I don't know that revision will be the first thing your surgeon goes to.

Talk to the experts.  99% of people on here aren't doctors...each person responds differently to weight loss surgeries, and you need guidance from medical staff.  If you don't feel confident in the Dr's answer, get second opinions.  There is no magic solution...but keep going!

Sometimes acid mimics hunger.  Are you on a PPI?  You might need a different one.  I believe you should try the simple things first.  Than You should have a test to see if it has stretched.
