Help
Hello everyone,
So I got my surgery on Jan 10th, so thats a little over two montths ago. I am down 45 lbs, but this week my weight has gone up and down between 1-2 lbs, I am working out 4-5 days a week and I alternate ellyptical and bike or swimming or treadmill. I am not eating anything wrong, mainly protein. COuld it be that I am at a plateau? but this early out? any suggestions?

After two months, my weight loss took on a pattern that it followed for about ten more months....
One week out of every four I would lose like crazy
Second week I would lose a little
Third week I wouldn't lose a darn thing
Fourth week I would GAIN weight
Then back to the first week in the cycle where I'd lose all I gained, and then some.. etc etc etc.
It's totally normal.

yep, normal. Doesn't mean it will always be that way. I have what I loving call a bounce week every so often. I will lose fine, 2 lbs a week for a while then spend a week bouncing up and down. Am in one now. Just ride it out. It will end and you will start losing again.
