What are you eating/doing today? Thursday edition!
Early morning OH. I'm actually a lil late today. I was up baking last night so was stuffed on cake batter. Then arguing with dad. Sigh (another thread for tht rant). Today I am busy as hell at work. Not really hungry since I didn't get dinner till 10 last night. I packed my pack of hot cheese, a 1/3 of italian sausage link with onions & peppers with about 10 fritos, and some homemade applesauce with cinnamon/splenda. I do have over half of that protein bar I'll take a few bites of. Of course my smar****er all day.
I'm posting from home -- yesterday was first day in my new dept and didn't want to jump online on forums just yet (except for the post on meeting the 10 year post-op -- that was worth the risk!). Was up late last night as we went to opening night of Cirque du Soleil..it was so awesome!
Eats:
- right now is whole oats with protein powder
- leftover chicken, broccoli, and mashed cauliflower
- apple
- hamburger with beans

Morning, still up in the air about the job. They still haven't sent me a hire letter and it makes me very nervous.... Still also fighting with BofA to keep my house even though I made all the payments they told me to make!

Going to work out with DH tonight, we didn't get up this morning and do it so probably some sort of protein shake after that.

Ok, I really have just come to the conclusion that Im just falling apart!
I decide to up my calories to see if that helps the stall, and now my ulcer hurts and Im having trouble eating.
Allergies or whatever is killing me...I cant sleep...all of the technology around the house is acting up and Im just getting irritated with it all.
Yesterday I was able to eat maybe 1/4 cup of kidney beans from the salad bar, yogurt, 1/2 cup of French Onion soup with DD cause she actually wanted to go out to dinner with me. Then we stopped at Rita's (Italian Ice) they had some SF custard, and that actually felt good to eat, but I didnt want to pu**** cause I didnt need a dumping episode on top of everything else.
Today...Im having trouble choking down my protein so I may try some yogurt in a little while. Who the hell knows?

Snacks will be String Cheese/Greek Yogurt with Blue Berries/ Fiber One 90 cal Bar
Lunch I have no clue probably some Tuna
7:45pm Karate Class
Dinner dunno probably chili
10pm Bed.

Food sucks today, because I’m mega stressed and have relationship issues going on with the boyfriend, so… I tend not to eat when I’m stressed.
At some point today I will force myself to eat:
2 protein shakes-240/46
Latte-160/15
½ cup Cinnamon Pecan Special K Cereal-100/1
Insides of a turkey sub at Subway (I know, I know I’m obsessed lol)- 150/14
2 cevapi-100/7
Chicken/vegs/sour cream (dinner)-180/25
Roughly about 930/108
