What are you eating/doing today? Hump day wednesday edition!!!
Rise and shine OH... got a lil pep in my step today... I remembered to pack my hot cheese. My daddy is worried that Im getting too skinny and getting on my nerves about it and eating more. In any event, seems like Im stuck around this size 2 to 4 (yea dropped another size) ... but guess Im ok with that... My body just wont budge up to 150 at the moment.
Eats for today will be:
slices of hot cheese throughout the day
liter of smar****er
1/2 veggie burger
1 MAYBE 2 smart nuggets
5 cubes of liver with onions
loaded scalloped potatoes

Morning, got a pissed off pouch today. It threw up last night, I thought I didn't chew my broccoli well enough, but DD is sick this am too so I am thinking it's a stomach bug. Probably going to go home early...

Up 2 pounds down 2 pounds back up 2 pounds......super annoying LOL
B- chocolate protein shake....I have a 60 calorie cheese stick that is calling my name right now as I type
SN- not sure maybe more cheese or another shake
L- Suppose to go out to eat today so probably a salad or maybe 1/2 a flatbread
SN- probably nothing, water, cheese maybe
D-No clue....again I forgot to sit anything out. Maybe a salad and some cheese

Trying to keep on track and avoid those evil sweets. I have been overindulging way too much lately. It's funny because prior to surgery, I never was a sweet eater really. Now, I crave them.

PreB - Click w/torani chocolate syrup
B - Greek yogurt w/cantaloupe
S - SF jello
Lunch - Grilled chicken breast w/cheese
S - Apple
Dinner - Turkey burger and a bit of cottage cheese.
I will be a bit low on the protein so maybe another greek yogurt.
I love the new Chobani lemon yogurt!
