OTC meds !!!

I'm not feeling well today... just your average sore throat and low grade temp w/ body aches & chills...

can we take some OTC meds? what should i look for and what should i stay away from?

yes you can take otc meds just make sure they do not contain nsaids...so any tylenol meds you can take...one other thing i would look for is if its pills make sure they arent huge as they may be hard to swallow!

you can always use a pill cutter. buy them for $1 at Dollar tree

Just be careful that your aren't cutting or crushing pills that are a 'long release' or 'timed release' formulation, you can accidentally get a toxic dose that way. You should be fine with something like tylenol cold and flu in capsule form, just no ibuprofen products.
