what are you eating/doing today? thursday edition!
Morning OH family. It's cold, damp and rainy here so warm foods it will be for me all day. Slices of hot cheese, smar****er, cinnamon apple tea, 1/2 slice of wheat toast with mayo and 1/2 a sausage patty, 1/2 a lamb chop with steamed cauliflower. Dinner is looking like a few cubes of liver with onions with veggie porkNbeans and SD chocolate pudding with FF whippage.

B - Chobani Lemon Yogurt w/apple
S - 1 oz of turkey jerkey
L - Ham and cheese roll ups
S - Almonds
D - Turkey Chilli
S - Something proteiny......maybe 2 oz of RF cheese.
Lots and lots of water.

Morning, feeling better today as yesterday was upset pouch day for me. And now my current employer is giving me a hard time about my last day. And my new employer is being really patient but my priority is certainly the new not the old....

1. 2 slices Pepperidge Farm Very Thin Bread w/ 1 egg and 2 slices of turkey bacon
2. Vanilla Click
3. A subway salad of some sort
4. Not sure as me and the lil diva have to go bday shopping for the big diva.
5. Some cottage cheese or...something. I dunno.

Cold and rainy here -- I'm wearing a ribbed turtleneck and it's spring! LOL Not as planned as usual as yesterday thru tomorrow is very different than my norm while Saturday will be somewhat more but not as much as today and tomorrow.

So trying to up my protein & calories. Not as easy as it sounds. Its easy to add fat or carb calories, but since protein is so filling especially if it is dense...I now see how it can be a challenge. I did manage to get 1215 calories yesterday and 101g Protein...so I hit my target.
Here is what Im planning today:
1. Isopure strawberry and Almond milk
2. Greek yogurt w/ Kashi Go Lean Crunch
3. Babybel cheese and/or 1/2 Pure Protein bar
4. Didnt have the chicken last night, so Im making it tonight. Grilled marinated chicken breast and roasted cauliflower.
