TMI...Bleeding concerns

So...there really isn't a delicate way to ask this.  For about 2 weeks now I have had anal bleeding.  I started suddenly (not after a bad BM) and happens 8 out of 10 times I use the restroom.  It happens when I am using the restroom and pass gas.  When I wipe there is blood and there is blood in the toilet as well as some small blood clots.  It is not painful.  I don't' think it's hemorrhoids.  I don't think its a tear.  I have an appointment with my surgeon tomorrow.  I am just starting to panic at what it might be.  If anyone has had this happen and has any advice I would greatly appreciate it.

 It could be an internal hemmroid or a fisure that doesn't hurt and that is deep and you can't feel.. don't panic just let your doctor know tomorow.  good luck
