what are you eating/doing today? Hump day edition!
Mornin yall..... glad the work week is almost over.... been rather busy already. Daughter has her 1 month postop today... Her undies and bras are falling off already so we're going shopping tonight. Eats for today isnt anything fancy: slices of "hot cheese", smar****er, 1/4 to 1/2 piece of tilipia, a monterey jack with chicken taquito from 7/11, dinner will be chicken and broccoli rabe.

B: Egg,Turkey sausage and cheese (I found this awesome constatiner that I scamble my egg in , add a frozen turkey sausage and Microwave for a minute and a half. Then i just melt a piece of lowfat cheese on top. It is like eating a McMuffin without the muffin. I love this)

L: 1/2 piece Talapia, salad
D: Chicken Taco Soup (a revision on Nikki's Chicken ConQueso)

Well, I haven't exactly planned the day all out but here's what I have so far:
PreB: water then coffee
B: ham and spinach egg bite
L: turkey lasagna
S: steak (the lasagna is really small)
D: salad and some proteins on top
Have a great day all! I have just three days left at my old job. OOppps, rememered I am going out to lunch today so my lunch will be my dinner and my dinner will be my lunch (I almost always get salad when I go out).
Well: my lunch date cancelled so now I have no idea what I am having for lunch!

Good morning -- it's chilly here this morning but is supposed to warm up nicely the rest of this week. I am realllllllly enjoying the new position at work and am so thankful for the opportunity.
Still downing water like a champ and am back on track with a "normal" routine again (and I feel a LOT better).
Today:

- cottage cheese with sf pistachio pudding mix and two pineapple rings
- two veggie eggrolls
- turkey burger patty and sauteed spinach
