if you were, what was the reason and did you have to start all over with the supervised diet?

My husband and I both have Federal Employee health benifits BCBS and were approved the first time.  We have a friend who was denied and come to find out it was because the person at the Dr office who submitted the paper work forgot the Weight history. They re submitted it with the weight historya nd she was approved right away. Hope it works out for you.

thank you!  did your surgeon's office tell you that if you gained or did not lose that the ins co would most likely deny you? 

I really want to submit now but the bariatric nurse said she would feel more confident if I lost some and they could document it and write up something before submitting
